Ryan Reynolds wasn’t the inspiration behind “You Oughta Know,” but it’s surely been re-dedicated to him. Morissette’s first album since her actor-ex took up with Scarlett Johansson, “Entanglement” isn’t the angsty slam “Jagged Little Pill” was. It’s ironic that as Morissette added both softer and harder edges to her pop - as she’s done here thanks to producer and co-writer Guy Sigsworth (Bjork) - she’s become less interesting. Or maybe it’s not. As Alanis know, it’s hard to get a handle on how to use that word properly. Download: “Straightjacket.”
